 The "Omaha Road" (The CSt.PM&O - Chicago, Saint Paul, Minneapolis and Omaha Railroad, reporting marks CMO) was a regional railroad in the US Midwest that was a semi-independent subsidiary of the C&NW (the Chicago and NorthWestern Railroad) from 1882 until it was fully absorbed into the C&NW in 1957.

 In Minneapolis, Minnesota, the Omaha Road had a riverside yard called the West Minneapolis Yard, and served various warehouses between the Mississippi River and 1st Street North.
