Dual Purpose Laser-Cut Wood Kit Can Be Built Two Different Ways!
This versatile, craftsman building is a real eye-catcher that can be used at the shore or along the tracks. Laser-cut cedar shake shingles and windows (which can be built open or closed), optional doors and shutters, and a set of white metal detail parts are all included. For waterfront locations, Waterfront Willie’s features everything from a scale rowboat to a 3D lobster (placed as a sign on the building front), as well as a complete set of pilings to support the structure over water. As Trackside Jack's this same kit can be built featuring the back wall as the focal point. By incorporating the supplied window shutters and unique freight doors the same structure can take-on a very unique appearance! In fact, the same pilings that support Waterfront Willie’s over water can also be shortened to support Trackside Jack's on a hillside location if so desired. Just look at the pictures – either way, you can’t go wrong!
